We met Kathryn at her Marriott office while visiting the island. We were not sure where we wanted to live and she directed us to the tropical, lush side of the island …which we were unaware of. When we found a home there that we wanted to buy there was already an offer on the property. Kathryn directed and encouraged us and stayed up late at her office to make the offer. With her advice and negotiating skills we were able to go to first position as buyers and close the deal. Kathryn also was able to get the bank to pay for a leak on the property. Without her help we would not have been able to get our dream home here on Maui….at a great a price. We will recommend her to any future buyers or sellers on Island knowing they will be in good hands with her expertise and abilities.
