I was made an offer by my bank to participate in a cooperative short sale that would result in a favorable ending to a foreclosure situation for both the bank and I.. Along comes Kat Tubman with her exuberance and professional manner to walk me through the entire process. Very few glitches and she handled each of them promptly with good results. She was careful to show my home at times that worked for me and was onsite each time. After a long process she made the transaction painless and I could not appreciate her efforts more!
